PedsMrkt.com is a community & ecommerce platform that connects pediatric medical professionals and organizations who are committed to advancing innovation to improve the health and well-being of children.
PedsMrkt is a B2B community for people who are in the pediatric healthcare space. This includes employees of pediatric institutions, companies that support the pediatric healthcare space, and investors interested in the latest innovations. Our goal is to connect professionals to accelerate pediatric innovation.
- Organization must be within the pediatric healthcare space.
- If any products require regulatory filing, clearances or approvals to be marketed, distributed, or otherwise sold or offered for sale, then only those products that have received all applicable regulatory clearances or approvals for their applicable uses, claims and/or indications, as applicable, can be listed for sale on PedsMrkt.
- Sellers are solely responsible for determining whether their products require regulatory filings, clearances or approvals.
- Sellers must have a valid EIN.

Marketplace Seller FAQs
After you complete the agreement and your company is setup, you will receive an email from PedsMrkt with a login link. To login without the link, navigate to pedsmarket.marketplacer.com and enter your username and password created at the initial login.
Select your profile icon in the far right top of the screen, then select User Settings.
Make any changes to the details in the window and select Save Changes.
Select the profile icon in the top right of the screen. Select All Users from the menu. Select Add New User, a pop-up menu appears. Enter a Username and Email, and their name.
Select Create User; the person will receive an email inviting them to the Seller Portal.
Select your profile icon in the far right top of the screen, then select Account Settings. Select a tab to view the account details and update information. After making changes, select Save Changes.
Only a PedsMrkt operator can disable or delete your account. Please contact support@pedsmrkt.com for help.
- Go to the Products menu and select Manage Products. The Manage Products window opens.
- Select Add New Product. The New Product window opens.
- Complete the Product Information and select Next
- Complete the Product Details tab and select Next.
- Complete the Pricing tab and select Next.
- Select the Media tab and add images of the product, then select Next.
- In the Variants tab, select Create New Variant. The Create New Variant window opens.
- Complete all the variant details and select Save Variant.
- To add more variants, repeat from step 7.
- Once you are ready to add the product, select Submit
Once submitted, if a product or “offline”, click the three dots on the right next to “view product”. Click publish. To unpublish variants, go to View Product > Variants. Click the three dots next to the garbage can icon. Click “publish”.
To unpublish a product, click the three dots next to View Product. Click “unpublish”.
- Go to the Products menu and select Manual stock update. The Manual stock update window opens to a list of all your product variants and stock levels.
- Edit the value in the Stock Level column. You can use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through values in the field.
- If you wait, a green tick will show in the field to indicate that the updated value has been saved. You can also press tab or return to save the change.
